Role Overview: As the Contracts Administrator you will be integral in supporting the efficient management of contracts throughout the construction project lifecycle on Government projects. You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and compliance is maintained, while identifying and addressing risks early to keep projects on track. You will working closely with Project Managers, the construction team, internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors and the client. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Contract Management. Financial Management. Risk Management. Documentation Management. Procurement. Stakeholder Communication. Compliance. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction or related field. 3 years of experience in a similar position on commercial or large scale medium density projects, ideally $20m. Proven ability to manage contracts on medium to large-scale construction projects. Experience in managing project financial activities, budgeting, cost control, and progress claims.
